Lifting Each Other Up with Kindness

I heard people talking at work today about how Lady Gaga should have lost the extra 5 lbs to fit into her costume perfectly for her Super Bowl performance. It made my blood boil. I wanted to yell across the room at all of them about how incredible she looks. I couldn't think of anything clever to say, so I just kept to myself.

That got me thinking...we have to keep reminding each other that we are more than just our weight. We are more than how much money we have in the bank. We are more than our social status. We are more than how we look on the outside.  We are MORE!! 

We are strong, independent, hardworking women and more than enough just as God made us. Big, small, short, tall...let's raise each other up and stop giving others permission to take our power away.
